Okay, you'll notice that I gave China Meiville's "City" a less than stellar review earlier this year. It was nominated for a Hugo but I stand by my review. I think it not good enough to have been nominated let alone tie for the win. I think the "Wind-up Girl" got overwhelmed by Meiville's popularity. Unfortunate, IMHO. What do you think?
